Saudi has one of the largest social media markets in the region

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has a large market in social media, with approximately 10 million active mobile social accounts by 2016. This means, US or Western-based companies should still have to comply with a country’s local laws, as did SnapInc, who says they make an effort to comply with the laws of each country they’re operating in.
