Art Lovers Heads Up: For The First-Time Original Works Of Leonardo Da Vinci Are Being Displayed In This Saudi City
The Sharqiya Season is proving to be one of the biggest festivals that we’ve ever seen in Saudi Arabia. One of its latest editions is a one of a kind Leonardo Da Vinci exhibition that has brought in original works of the celebrated polymath to Saudi Arabia.
One of Da Vinci’s most remarkable works called the Codex Atlanticus is being displayed at the exhibition. In fact, this is the first time that it is being displayed anywhere outside of Italy.
The Codex Atlanticus is a set of drawings and writings that Da Vinci himself has written and drawn.
It covers many subjects ranging from mathematics and botany to flight and weaponry.
The Leonardo Da Vinci Exhibition – Codex Atlanticus through Time and Space event is taking place in Ithra, Dhahran.
The exhibition will run until the 30th of March. So if you’re into history or arts, this is one exhibition that you definitely don’t want to miss.
