Answering questions about Haj or Umrah on social networking sites, The Ministry of Haj and Umrah will develop an app that will automatically reply to users.
The app idea was released in the 32nd Janadriya National Heritage and Culture Festival and is said to launch next year.
How the app works
The application processes conversation via auditory or textual methods through a chatbox program without human interaction.
It will provide basic information to questions asked by pilgrims and will also help pilgrims outside the country to learn more about Haj and Umrah service companies within the country.
