VIDEO: King Salman Celebrated The Arda Traditional Dance At The Janadriyah Festival

The Janadriyah Festival marks the 32nd National Festival of Heritage and Culture in Riyadh and King Salman celebrated the Arda dance with Saudi citizens on Tuesday. 

Marked as the official dance of the country, the Arda dance was performed in times of victory and war. 

Arda dance is performed by two rows of men who faces each other and who hold a sword or a cane. The dance is often accompanied by drums and spoken poetry.
