On December 31, the capital of Saudi Arabia will host a formal countdown to 2020 complete with a fireworks display, music, and more.
And while fireworks in Riyadh are not uncommon, this is the first time Saudi Arabia will be celebrating New Year’s Eve on such a massive scale.
