A new application is going to launch and it is the first of its kind in the kingdom.
It will allow citizens to provide feedback on government services
The app will help measure the performance of public and semi-official agencies and convey public complaints and suggestions directly to relevant officials, as well as follow up the messages received by different authorities, according to Arab News.
The app will be launched in early 2018.
