According to The General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection, areas like Jizan, Asir and Al Baha should see rainfall with active winds on Tuesday. A possibility of rainfall and winds could extend to the Makkah region as well. 

A tweet shared to the SPAGOV account has made a statement that there is also surface winds of dust and a continue of the dust in Najran, western areas of Riyadh and the easten areas of Makkah and Madinah.
