There’s Only ONE More Public Holiday In Saudi Arabia That’s Coming Up Next But There’s Still Reason To Celebrate

Avatar

It’s ten times harder to get out of bed after a long break.

FACT.

So congrats to everyone who dragged themselves out of bed, chugged on a gallon of coffee and made it to work today…

So far, we’ve only got one more public holiday left to fully enjoy before the year ends but this doesn’t mean the fun ends here.

The next public holiday will be the Kingdom’s National Day!

Next month, on September 23, will commemorate Saudi Arabia’s national day.The day that King Salman bin Abdulaziz established the Kingdom in 1932. A day when the entire Kingdom practically turns green with pride, not envy.

(Notice that word play there?)

Anyway, although this is our final public holiday, we can still amp ourselves up with what to look forward to.

The Kingdom’s National Day is a very festive day, after all.

Last year’s National Day is a great precedent of just how EXTRA we all get when it comes to celebrating this day.

What to expect for this year’s National Day…

1. Lots of foood! (the best part)

2. Dubai’s Burj Khalifa lighting up in the Saudi flag’s honour

3. The people are united and show great pride for all things #Saudi.

4. Beautiful nighttime fireworks are also a regular, annually.

5. Lots of fun. And dressing up.
