Facebook-owned WhatsApp is launching a new ‘Carts’ feature in its Business app, which will allow users to directly order multiple products from the app.
It is going to make shopping a lot more seamless for, both, customers and businesses
The feature enables users to browse a catalog, select multiple products and send the order as one message to the business, the company said in a statement.
Carts will also allow businesses to keep track of order enquiries, manage requests from customers and close sales.
