Two Saudi Airlines Pilots Are Still Missing A Day After The Sri Lankan Bombings

The deadly Sri Lankan bombings have claimed the lives of over 290 people and have left over 500 injured. Several foreigners were also killed in the bombings as even hotels were targeted.

One such hotel was Colombo’s Cinnamon Grand hotel, which is believed to be the place where the Saudi Airlines crew was staying.

Saudi Airlines has released a statement that mentions that two crew members are missing and a third injured.

The statement mentions that the search is on for them and that the rest of the crew is safe.

Gulf News reported that missing crew are, in fact, the pilots. They also quote one of the flight attendants saying right after the attacks that “the guys are dead in the restaurant, please help me, call an ambulance.”
