The Goverment of Pakistan announced the departure of its Prime Minister Imran Khan to Saudi Arabia on Tuesday via their official Twitter account.
The visit comes as a gracious response to Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques King Salman’s personal invitation for Khan to visit the Kingdom.
Just one month ago, King Salman congratulated Imran Khan for having won the recent general elections in Pakistan. Reports say that Khan had thanked the Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques King Salman saying “Saudi has been a friend who has always supported them in difficult times.”
It’s great to see that PM Imran Khan is set to visit the Kingdom and plans to also visit the United Arab Emirates shortly after.
