The Saudi Government Has Confirmed VAT Won’t Be Implemented On Rent Which Is Good News For All Of Us

The Saudi VAT ( value added tax)   will not be applied on house rents, residential lease,  personal residential property for sale and government services. 

Also, Indirect tax will not be salaries but on goods and other services, according official channels.

The Saudi VAT twitter account carefully educates about how prices will reflect when VAT implemented.

The standard rate will be 5 percent on some goods and services.
