It’s been a great year for Saudi women – with driving being finally allowed, a lot of job opportunities opening up, and a national effort to empower them in all fields of life.
And it’s only getting better
A job fair held in Jeddah recently helped Saudi women who are on social security programs find work and was a massive success.
Organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, the career fair aims to provide young Saudis with suitable job opportunities and help increase communication between the private sector and the providers of training services that specialize in human resource development.
A total of 1,356 opportunities were offered to women
