We at Lovin Saudi believe in positive thinking. So what better way to spread some good vibes than plan your vacations for the rest of the year.

Here’s a complete list of holidays for public sector for Saudi. Of course, most of these dates aren’t confirmed, but we’ll keep updating this list as we know. 

1. June 12-14 – Eid Al Fitr Holiday 

The end of Ramadan normally means two days off, couple that with a weekend and you get a 4 day holiday. Umm, moon, are you listening?

These specific dates apply to the government/ public sector with dates subject to change.

2. June 15-18 – Eid Al Fitr (National Holiday)

National holiday for all.

3. June 19-21 – Eid Al Fitr 

Anotha one for those in the government/public sector. Dates to be confirmed.

4. August 14-20 – Eid Al Adha 

Don’t cha wish you were in the public sector right now too? With dates to be confirmed, Eid Al Adha will also give those in the government almost a week off.

5. August 21-23 – Eid Al Adha (National Holiday)

Dates of this depends on the lunar cycle, but three days off for everybody. Woooot.

6. August 26-27 – Eid Al Adha (Public Sector)

Dates to be confirmed but this is the official days off for the government/public staff.

7. September 23- National Day (National Holiday)

The day the Kingdom was unified is a day to be commemorated, of course.
