Saudi local, Faisal BaDughaish, tweeted an adorable photo of him and his wife, with her in the driver’s seat and social media responded with enthusiasm. BaDughaish decided to teach his wife to drive, as have other husbands in the Kingdom- after the decree to allow women to drive in the kingdom was issued a week ago. 

King Salman has issued a decree that will have the lift of the ban effective by June 2018 

A committee has been asked to study all the information and arrangements necessary to guarantee that the implementation of the law take place by next year. 

The tweet reads “I started training my wife to drive in a private and secure area, safely and legally.”

The tweet, as of now, has already received more than 6,000 retweets and almost 10,000 likes.
