Barakah is a slack  civil servant who meets Bibi super wealthy, outspoken and assertive video blogger – how can these two from seemingly opposite background fall in love?

“Barakah meets Barakah” is the second Saudi made film to enter the Oscar race in foreign language category. Directed beautifully by debutant film-maker Mahmoud Sabbagh – the romantic comedy revolves around would-be  couple “barakah and bibi”  coming from different economic and social backgrounds,  challenges they face understanding the opposite gender, dating and living double lives.
