Five Million Students Are Back To School This Week And There Are Plenty Of Mixed Reactions

September not only means we’re a few months closer to cooler weather but that it’s back to school season again!

And more than five MILLION students begin their first day back-to-school today (Sunday) after a lengthy vacation, reports Saudi Gazette.

Exciting as it is for some, a lot of the usual gloating from students is evident on Twitter and they’re kind of hilarious.

If you’re a working adult, reading these will definitely ignite nostalgia.

The official Saudi Twitter account, @KSA, tweeted an announcement to parents and guardians of students

“Parents have a responsibility to create appropriate conditions for schooling for their children and to help them learn, and to cause them to drop out of education is a nuisance and a positive neglect of accountability under the child protection system.”

Hilarious (& quite creative) memes and gifs by students have taken over the #عوده_الطلاب_والطالبات hashtag on Twitter

The hashtag has approximately 100 new tweets every minute from Saudi’s not-so-eager students making their way back to schools and universities.

The graduates are chillin’, however, not failing to announce their ultimate current ‘mood’ memes
