Indian Motorcycle KSA Turns Biker Hand Signals Into A Lifesaving Message

This Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, Indian Motorcycle Saudi Arabia and Al Jazirah Vehicles took a surprising yet powerful route: they turned classic biker hand signals into reminders for men to get checked early

And the riding community is here for it.

The idea sparked from a simple truth riders know well — life is a lot like the road: smooth stretches, sudden bumps, and moments where staying alert makes all the difference.

Bikers use hand signs to protect each other while riding… so why not use them to protect each other in life too?

The “Life Safety Hand Signs”

Indian Motorcycle introduced a brand-new set of gestures inspired by traditional biker signals — but instead of pointing out hazards on the road, these signs point to something even more important: early screening for prostate cancer.

Each gesture carries one message:A quick PSA blood test can save your life.
And the campaign’s bold rallying cry says it all: “Man up. Get checked early. Life deserves more miles.”

Launched with teasers, visuals, and an online film tailored to the biking community, the campaign stands out because it speaks riders’ language.

Riders Took It To The Streets

To turn awareness into real action, Indian Motorcycle KSA and IMRG hosted the “Ride for Health,” a special ride ending at a medical checkpoint where every participating rider received a PSA test.

What started as a campaign became a movement — bikers didn’t just hear the message; they lived it.

“We wanted something meaningful that actually mobilized the community,” said Ramzi Mouakassa, Director of Marketing & CRM at Al Jazirah Vehicles.

Executive Creative Director Dany Azzi added, “By creating new hand signs, we made the message something riders instantly connect with.”

The campaign reached far beyond the biking world, proving one thing:

Whether on the road or in life, safety starts with awareness, and everyone deserves more miles.
