SPA also announced statements made by Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir who said that the late journalist’s death was a result of a “rogue operation” by people who acted beyond the scope of their authority.
Al-Jubeir added on Sunday that Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman, is adamant on hold to account those responsible in the case regarding Khashoggi.
