King Salman’s elder half-brother has passed away, according to an official statement.

Prince Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was 96

He was the tenth son of the country’s founding monarch, the late King Abdulaziz Al Saud, and also his eldest living son.

The Saudi Press Agency confirmed the news via social media.

Prince Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was not a very actively political royal within the ruling Al Saud family.
