MBS Is Headed Straight To Spain After Having Concluded His Three-Day-Trip In France

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud started his official trip to Spain on Wednesday, where he will stay for two days. He is in Madrid to discuss the Saudi-Spanish friendship and partnership and meet with Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy, Minister of Defense Dolores de Cospedal and King Felipe VI. Spain will be the last part of his global tour that started more than three weeks ago, reports The National.

MBS is set to meet King Felipe VI at a state banquet to his honor

According to Arab News, Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman will meet with King Felipe VI through a state banquet in MBS’ and his guests’ honour. Discussions on developments, global peace, regional stability, and fighting terrorism and extremism are amongst the topics the two leaders will partake in.

Ambassador of Spain spoke to Arab News about MBS’ historic visit 

The visit of Crown Prince Mohammed takes place at a key moment in our bilateral relationship, in which we are defining how Spain can accompany and assist Saudi Arabia in its impressive transformation process. Saudi Arabia is already one of Spain’s most important partners in the Arab world on almost all fronts.

Spain and Saudi are expected to sign five memorandums in the duration of MBS’ trip 

The National reports that five memorandums of understanding in culture, science, employment, transport and defence will be signed during MBS’ meeting with leaders in Spain.
