MBS Visited Bahrain And Held Talks With King Hamad On The Prosperous Friendship Of The Two Nations

Bahrainis were excited yesterday (Sunday) upon hearing that Saudi’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was due to arrive and meet with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa.

So excited that a trending Twitter hashtag took place, welcoming MBS into the neighbouring island and a slight change in a popular telecom network’s name.

MBS arrived at the Kingdom of Bahrain following a trip to the UAE where he met with the Emirates’ rulers.

MBS arrived in Bahrain on Sunday evening and headed straight to the Sakhir Air Base

The Crown Prince and Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa held continuous talks with MBS, discussing their shared joy over MBS’ visit and appreciating the two nations’ long, historic relations.

The talk also led to conversations about the aspects of bilateral cooperation in various fields and ways to further enhance them. They also discussed the latest developments on the regional and global arenas and the efforts exerted in handling them.

MBS was even decorated with the Order of Sheikh Isa Bin Salman Al-Khalifa of the Exceptional Class

His Majesty King Hamad recognised MBS’ efforts in supporting and further empowering the Bahrain-Saudi relations.

King Hamad also hosted a FAB dinner in honor of the Crown Prince

A dinner was hosted in honor of the Crown Prince MBS’ visit to the Kingdom wherein he and his accompanying delegation were welcomed.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, Bahrain’s Prime Minister Prince Khalifa Bin Bin Salman Al-Khalifa, and Crown Prince and First Deputy Prime Minister Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al-Khalifa were also in attendance.

MBS will head off to two more countries within the next week

Reports confirm that MBS will be continuing his tour, with Tunisia next on the list of countries to visit and to attend the G20 summit in Argentina next week.
