New Saudi Female Recruits Will Join The Airport’s Ground Staff And They Start Soon
Saudi women have been given more opportunities, as they start training this February to join as ground staff in Saudi airports.
An intensive training program will teach them everything
Bassam Al- Bokhari, the chief shared- services officer at Saudi Ground Services Co told Arab News that these programs are intended to educate the women on technical training courses such as check-in process, security, safety and even communication skills.
In cooperation with these trainings, the Human Resources Development Fund and Saudi’s Ministry of Labor and Social Development have joined in on the fun too. The intensive training and hopefully working as staff at the airport will help empower Saudi women in being productive part of the society.
As of now, reportedly, the company has already received more than 10,000 applications from women in the Kingdom through their online portal.
