Pictures: King Salman Has Arrived In Qassim As Part Of His Kingdom-Wide Tour

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman, has begun his widespread tour of the Kingdom and will be traveling to different parts of the region to launch initiatives,

He arrived in the Qassim region on Tuesday as the first stop of his tour

The king was received at Qassim airport by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Prince Faisal bin Meshaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, governor of Qassim region

The King will be launching more than 600 projects in the province in the fields of development, education, housing, roads, environment, water and electricity, as well as public services and governmental economic projects.

The projects will reportedly be worth more than SR16 billion

The king also ordered the release of all prisoners who are jailed on financial charges

The order applies to those whose debts do not exceed SR1 million. King Salman has also ordered the payment of their dues.
