Saudi Arabia has pledged $500 million to finance the United Nations Humanitarian Response Plan for Yemen
The announcement was made by King Salman
The funds will be used to help the people of Yemen and the efforts of the conflict-ridden country in seeking to support the humanitarian and economic aspects.
This isn’t the first time Saudi Arabia is devoting funds to help countries in need – the King Salman Relief has been contributing millions in funds to help people all over the world.
