Saudi Residents Who Still Owe The Saudi Electricity Company Some Bills Can Now Do So In Installments

Attention Saudi residents, anyone with remaining outstanding balance can now pay in installments over the course of six months.

According to Saudi Gazette, the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) announced on Saturday that the decision was made to aid electric consumers settle their outstanding bills in the Tayseer program.

What’s the Tayseer program?

The Tayseer program has automatically registered the 3 million subscribers with bills ranging between SAR300 and SAR 3,000. The program, Tayseer (Facilitation) was launched by the SEC just last month to help residential sector subscribers with the mentioned high-ranging monthly bills.

Those who pay less than SAR300 on their electricity bills can opt out of the Tayseer program

Saudi Gazette adds that customers whose bill total comes up to less than SAR300 or more than SAR3,000 have the option to subscribe directly in the usual fixed bill service. On the other hand, subscribers with the Tayseer program can choose to pay the average monthly bill or leave the Tayseer program whenever they wish.
