A special plane carried Saudi students who were evacuated from Wuhan arrived back in Riyadh on Sunday, following the directives of The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, with the supervision and follow-ups from Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the evacuation of the students was done in a process that was careful and successful; while remaining in cooperation with authorities in China, and the Embassy of KSA to China. Once the students arrived back to Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Health took on and went with the necessary precautions for this case.
Most Saudis in China have already left due to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ plans and measures in the wake of the coronavirus (2019-nCoV).
