Saudi’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Adel Al- Jubeir, has spoken out about the Kingdom’s stance on the U.S. latest decision to recognise Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, and move the U.S. embassy there.
In a speech during the emergency session of Arab League foreign ministers in Cairo, Egypt- Al- Jubeir mentioned how the Kingdom warned U.S. administration to reverse the decision on Al-Quds (Jerusalem).
According to Saudi Gazette, Al-Jubeir called out the U.S. administration, pointing out the dangers of their decision and that they should back-pedal with the decision on Jerusalem.
Days prior to the announcements of the embassy move, The Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques King Salman had issued a warning via a telephone call with President Trump about the offence this will cause to Muslims.

During his speech, he mentioned that the decision would backtrack all the peace negotiations as well as exasperate many Muslims around the world. He petitioned international community to increase efforts to help find a proper and fair solution to the issues.
