The American resto Shake Shack is expanding their series of chains in the Kingdom next year, according to Gulf Business. The company plans to grow out their Gulf footprint after their key expansion in Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates as their first international branch six years ago. 

There’s already 7 branches in Saudi Arabia currently 

With more than 140 branches globally, the American chain has been well- received in the GCC, where 33 outlets have been situated throughout. There’s 7 branches in Saudi Arabia alone, but CEO Randy Garutti plans to set up more branches in the Kingdom by next year.

“We’ve never really set a target, by the end of this year that’s [33] probably the number we’ll have. There are a couple more in Saudi Arabia we’ll build early next year probably but for now we’ll take it one at a time.”

More Shake Shack branches are to open in Riyadh soon!

Shake Shack is set to open new branches of their chain in Riyadh, according to Gulf News.  As of now, no further information on other locations have been revealed.
