The Makkah Public Transportation Program Has Started And It’s Expected To Give Around 10,000 JOB Opportunities

Avatar

You heard it right. The governor of Makkah, Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, has signed a new contract to bring in, operate and hopefully maintain the Makkah Public Transportation Program (MPTP) buses with the help of national and international companies.

This means there will be more than 10,000 “direct and indirect job opportunities” available to the community. How amazing.

The program is expected to provide 10,000 jobs and is part of the Vision 2030

The new buses, Arab News reports, will help ease the traffic in Makkah, which will eventually lessen accidents and eliminate pollution. Prince Khaled extended his appreciation to King Salman for launching the program, which will set them back at SAR 11 Billion.
