The General Directorate of Traffic (Muroor) announced (according to Hash KSA) on Sunday that there will officially be a fine of SAR 100-150 for groups that stand in scenes of car accidents.
No official statement on the official Muroor Twitter account has been made yet. But residents have already given their two cents on the new rule, and most seem to agree with the new law.
