This Saudi University Is Ranked The Best In The Arab World
The 2019 QS World University Rankings are out and it has revealed some pretty interesting findings.
For starters, a Saudi university has been ranked the best in the Arab World.
According to Arabian Business, the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) has notched top spot replacing last year’s number one the American University of Beirut.
Located in the eastern part of the country KFUPM has dominated the region’s rankings for several years now.

Other Saudi universities like the King Abdul Aziz University (3rd) and King Saud University (4th) feature among the top five on the list.
The list has shown that neighboring UAE’s highest ranked university is the United Arab Emirates University which ranks fifth while Jordan’s highest ranked university is the University of Jordan, which stands at the same rank as it was during last year rankings at the ninth spot.
