As the big date when women will be allowed to drive arrives, the excitement around can almost not be contained.
What’s particularly great to see is just how supportive women are being to each other through this historical change.
Not only have they continuously been united with the clap-back towards the misogyny they would sometimes face onlineby people who still believe women shouldn’t drive, they have been exceptionally supportive in supporting each other in so many other ways.
For instance, a hashtag went viral where women who could drive offered to train those who couldn’t for free because of the high costs of getting a license.
And check out a colleague of the first Saudi women who got a license supporting her on social media

It’s great to see women support and empower each other and just proves that Saudi women are going to break all the glass ceilings hand in hand.
Let’s continue seeing more of this.
