Historic Diriyah Is Hosting A Major Festival This Ramadan And The Best Part About It Is Its Timing

Diriyah’s is Riyadh’s heart and whenever there is any festival that takes place in it we rush to it in huge numbers. Because where else will we got to see a spectacle in an amazing locale as this one. Case in point – Ad Diriyah Formula E race.

Now, Ad Diriyah is set to hold another major festival, this one revolves around the kingdom’s unique heritage and history. According to the Arab News, it will be called the “Layali Ad Diriyah” (Ad Diriyah nights).

The festival was announced by the Ad Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) who plan to put the spotlight on the kingdom’s rich past through interactive displays and artwork.

The best part about it is the timing, considering that most of us stay up till wee hours of the morning.

It starts at 9:30 in the night and goes up till 2 past midnight.

Most of us grew up watching Ramadan shows during Ramadan as it was this month for when the best of programming was prepared for. So guess what? This festival will be playing some of the most famous Ramadan series over the years as well.
