Riyadh Was All Covered In A Sandstorm This Weekend And It Is A Tad Scary

A very serious intense sandstorm hit Riyadh on Friday and left the capital’s skyline covered in heavy dust and strong winds.

Motorists were advised to drive carefully and use headlights during low visibility

Residents of Riyadh were also asked to avoid going to picnic spots in sands at the weekend in case of blinding sandstorms.

Wind speeds reached 30 km per hour with maximum temperatures of 21 degrees Celsius and minimum of 8 degrees Celsius.
