7 Countries That Saudis Are NOT Allowed To Visit

We came across this circular that was put out by the Saudi Passports Office (Jawazat) that lists the countries that Saudis are not allowed to visit. There are some from it that were well known from before and others that we just got to know through it. Here they are.

Israel

Israel has been banned for Saudis right from the start.

Thailand

The Blue Diamond Affair in 1989 that led to four Saudi nationals being killed in Thailand scoured the relation between the two countries.

Iraq

This one’s probably on the list as the country is just too unsafe for foreigners at the moment.

Syria

The Syrian Civil War has still not ended, so obviously, Saudi Arabia is not going to allow its citizens from visiting the place.

Yemen

Saudi Arabia is currently fighting a war against the Houthis in Yemen.
