According to Arab News, a meteorologist has debunked all the hype that weathermen have been saying about Saudi’s winter this year. Turns out, it isn’t actually going to be some next-level frosty weather that’s meant to be the “coldest” in the Kingdom since 2007.

There’s the 40 coldest days of winter, however…

Which reportedly means that the temperature starts to drop for those 40 days beginning in December and ending in January. An ordeal that isn’t so unusual for the Kingdom.

Al- Za’aq added that areas such as Al- Jouf and Hail would see sub-zero temperatures as well as the northwestern regions in the Kingdom. The Qassim region and Riyadh might also see lower temperatures but not as harsh as the 2008 weather conditions.

Saudi is still also likely to witness heavy raining, according to Arab News.

According to Arab News, a meteorologist has debunked all the hype that weathermen have been saying about Saudi’s winter this year.
