Dear Snapchat, why?<\/p>\n

Was there anything wrong with the old app?\u00a0<\/p>\n

Users loved it and we understand you’re trying to update and improve in order to keep up with other apps but why change something that isn’t broken?<\/p>\n

In case you hadn’t noticed, or updated your app, Snapchat has rolled out a new update and people are definitely not happy with the new changes.<\/p>\n

Cue a lot of confusion…<\/h3>\n

Snaps, chats and stories from your friends\u00a0are all mixed together\u00a0on one confusing\u00a0page.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Swipe right and there’s a new ‘Discover’ page where you’ll find stories from creators, publishers and people you don’t follow.\u00a0<\/p>\n

And it’s not organised chronologically instead it’s\u00a0all organised by who Snapchat think you want to watch first based on your watching habits.<\/p>\n

People in the region\u00a0aren’t happy with the update<\/h3>\n
