Heavy rains and even some lightning hit the province of Mecca, and along with, showered the abundance of Twitter videos showing just how flooded roads, cars and shops got. GDN\u00a0<\/em>reports that schools had to remain closed in the area today (Wednesday) in Mecca, Shaqra’a and Al-Mujamaa due to the weather and sandstorms.\u00a0<\/p>\n Saudi’s meteorological authority reported the rains that took place in other areas in the Kingdom, like Taif, Asir and Shaqra’a.\u00a0<\/p>\n The clip below shows worshippers praying the Isha\u2019a as it rained at the\u00a0Mecca Grand Mosque.\u00a0How peaceful.<\/p>\nAreas like Asir, Taif, Shaqra’a and others also experienced the heavy raining\u00a0<\/h3>\n
