A new project has answered to all our prayers and help ease the usual traffic congestion at the intersection of two MAJOR roads in Jeddah.<\/p>\n
According to Saudi Gazette<\/em>, a SAR 900,000 (US$ 240) million tunnel project is being constructed now at the Prince Muhammad Bin Abdulaziz (Tahlia) Street’s intersection with Madinah Road.<\/p>\n
The east-west underpass will extend 650 meters long<\/h3>\n
And this underpass will have two lanes in Tahlia Street’s every direction.<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n
The project started in mid-December following a variety of studies into its designing. It will also help ease traffic esp during peak hours.<\/p>\n
