NEOM is the $500 billion mega-city<\/a> planned to be the smartest, most sustainable yet equally entertaining residential and commercial space.<\/p>\n

The land where NEOM will be developed is in the same proximity as Tabuk, so you already know how stunning this place will look once it’s done.<\/p>\n

MBS even approved the concept for: NEOM Bay<\/h3>\n

NEOM Bay will consist of homes, lifestyle and tourism facilities as well as “innovation centers,” reports Arab News.<\/a> <\/em><\/p>\n

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has already approved the concept, which will center on luxury-living complete with 5-star hotels and villas.<\/p>\n

Sources believe that contractors would be appointed before April<\/h3>\n

According to Arab News, contractors for the NEOM Bay project have yet to be appointed, however; this is something that is due to take place before April.<\/p>\n
