All ministries and government departments have been asked to terminate the contracts of expat workers over the next three years.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Civil Services Minister\u00a0Abdullah Al-Melfi made the announcement in a meeting on Monday. The meeting focused on the Saudization goals for 2020 and was followed by a \u201cjob nationalization\u201d workshop, attended by senior government employees.<\/p>\n
This initiative is part of Saudi Arabia’s vision aimed at improving employment opportunities for Saudi nationals and developing non-oil industries.<\/p>\n
