Umniah Alzahery is a Saudi woman fought cancer to achieve her the biggest dreams of owning a taco stand<\/p>\n

Born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Umniah was diagnosed with Leukemia at the peak of her corporate career. The head of HR at a Saudi investment firm, she described to The National<\/a> how she got the news at a checkup thinking it was just a simple allergy.<\/p>\n

The fighter was first admitted at King Abdul Aziz Medical City in Jeddah, where she was told she might just have a few weeks to live<\/h2>\n

Due to COVID-19, her immuno-deficient condition prompted the hospital to move her to Maryland, USA. That is when Umniah waited almost 6 months for a suitable bone marrow donor. Constantly putting up with struggle, she then soon returned back healthy to her hometown of Jeddah.<\/p>\n

Umniah then started on her dreams of a taco stand, ‘Tacomelon Avenue’ which got people queuing up for hours<\/h2>\n
