There’s this awesome exhibition happening in Riyadh right now, and it’s all about showcasing the beauty of Islamic calligraphy through 42 rare copies of the Quran.
\nThe King Abdul Aziz Public Library has been all about preserving and showcasing Islamic and Arab heritage for a whopping 40 years now.<\/p>\n

They’ve collected rare photos, miniatures, manuscripts\u2014you name it. Now, they\u2019re showing their prized Quran collection to the world.<\/h2>\n

These manuscripts are on display at the King Abdul Aziz Centre, over in Riyadh\u2019s Al Muraba Quarter.
\nWhat makes these copies special is that they’re all gilded and embellished.<\/p>\n
