{"id":4383,"date":"2019-07-12T12:00:03","date_gmt":"2019-07-12T09:00:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lovinsaudi.com\/?p=4383"},"modified":"2019-07-12T12:00:45","modified_gmt":"2019-07-12T09:00:45","slug":"petrol-stations-accepting-e-payments-in-the-kingdom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lovin.co\/riyadh\/en\/news\/announcements\/petrol-stations-accepting-e-payments-in-the-kingdom\/","title":{"rendered":"GREAT NEWS: Petrol Stations Will Now Be Accepting E-Payments In The Kingdom"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-highlight\">\n<p>For those who aren&#8217;t big on carrying piles of cash around anymore (because a cashless society is the way forward, right?), there is some great news.<\/p>\n<h2>Petro stations throughout the Kingdom will now be accepting e-payments<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"entry-content\" data-io-article-url=\"http:\/\/www.arabnews.com\/node\/1524416\/saudi-arabia\">\n<p>\u00a04,000 e-payment machines to petrol stations and services stores have already been set up around the country and e-payments via the Saudi Payments Network (MADA) will commence from July 17.<\/p>\n<p>There are currently 12,000 petrol stations in the Kingdom and ALL of them will accept e-payments.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/fLGsjiTGqNm0g\/giphy.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Authorities have stated that people are encouraged to submit a complaint should they have difficulties making e-payments for petrol.<\/p>\n<p>This is just one of the many strides being made throughout the country in efforts to move towards a more cashless society.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"For those who aren&#8217;t big on carrying piles of cash around anymore (because a cashless society is the way forward, right?), there is some great news.
