The incident occurred near the Hateem area, also known as Hijr Ismail, where the pilgrim, a woman in her sixties, fainted while circumambulating the Kaaba.<\/p>\n

Their efforts successfully restored the woman\u2019s pulse, stabilizing her condition before she was transported to Ajyad Emergency Hospital for further treatment.<\/p>\n

The authority has strategically placed over 15 automated external defibrillators (AEDs) throughout the Grand Mosque to provide critical care for cases of cardiac and respiratory arrest.<\/p>\n
The SRCA\u2019s quick actions are part of an ongoing mission to support millions of visitors and pilgrims at the holy sites. Similar rescues have been carried out recently, including saving a 70-year-old near the Prophet\u2019s Mosque in Madinah and a Pakistani pilgrim at the Grand Mosque.<\/p>\n
