The UAE, however, is committed to not enhancing uranium or repurpose spent fuel.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"content__quote\">\n<p>\u201cRegarding the production of uranium in the Kingdom, this is a program which is our first step toward self-sufficiency in producing nuclear fuel. We utilise the uranium ore that has been proven to be economically efficient<\/p>\n<p><cite>Hashim bin Abdullah Yamani ( Head of Saudi Government Agency via Arab News) <\/cite>\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The plans for this is a direct impact of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman&#8217;s Vision 2030 for the economic growth of the Kingdom.
