History lovers listen up!
\nIf you have a thing for old coins or are a wannabe numismatic, then you\u2019d ideally should be making your way to the King Abdulaziz Public Library in Riyadh while reading this (hopefully, not while driving). The reason being that it\u2019s holding a major exhibition of rare Islamic coins and currencies.<\/p>\n

On display are over 8,000 minted Arab and Islamic coins. Some of these date as far back as to the time of the Umayyads and stretch all the way up to the Mamluk and later Ottoman periods.<\/h2>\n
