Saudi Arabia is experiencing a winter like never before, with temperatures plummeting to shocking lows! According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), the chilly blast has hit parts of the Kingdom, and it’s not holding back.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, Al-Qurayyat in the northern Al-Jouf region saw the mercury dip to a jaw-dropping minus 1\u00b0C<\/h2>\n

Turaif wasn\u2019t far behind, registering a frosty 0\u00b0C, while other spots like Rafha and Arar saw temperatures drop to 1\u00b0C and 3\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Even usually mild Tabuk felt the frostbite with 5\u00b0C. You could say it’s officially winter in full force, with the chilly air setting in across Saudi\u2019s northern regions.<\/p>\n

But wait \u2013 the cold isn’t done yet!<\/p>\n

There\u2019s a warning for an even colder wave sweeping across the Northern Borders, where temperatures could dip from 0\u00b0C to 3\u00b0C below freezing in areas like Arar, Turaif, Rafha, and Al-Owaiqilah.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

If that’s not enough to get you in the winter mood, brace yourself for the possibility of light thunderstorms, hail showers, and gusty winds stirring up dust and dirt in parts of Makkah, Madinah, Hail, Al-Jouf, and the Northern Borders.
