Saudi has allocated 2,500 fully serviced hotel rooms in Makkah to accommodate citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries stranded at airports across the Kingdom following recent travel disruptions<\/h2>\n

The move comes under a directive from King Salman bin Abdulaziz, who ordered that affected Gulf nationals be hosted and supported until they can safely return to their home countries.<\/p>\n

The directive also emphasized facilitating all necessary procedures to ensure their comfort and well-being. In response, the Makkah Chamber of Commerce swiftly coordinated with relevant authorities to organize accommodation and essential services.<\/p>\n

Abdulmohsen Al Ajlan, Chairman of the Hotels and Tourism Committee, confirmed that the rooms have been fully prepared and equipped to provide suitable care for guests<\/h2>\n
